CULTURE AT WAAG
The Zunfthaus zur Waag has a long history of promoting culture—a tradition that is still alive today on selected Sundays in our establishment.
While the doors of our restaurant remain closed on Sundays, our day off is a time to experience, appreciate, and celebrate culture in the large guild hall on the third floor. On this day, we make the historic hall with its excellent acoustics available for concerts and other cultural events—free of charge, to promote such performances.
Find out more about this year's performances. Most events are open to the public: some are free of charge, others require a ticket or participation fee.
Please note that we do not offer catering during events on Sundays.
