CULTURE AT THE WAAG

The Zunfthaus zur Waag has a long history of promoting culture – a tradition that is still alive in our house on selected Sundays.

While the doors of our restaurant stay closed on Sundays, our day off is a time when culture is lived, loved and celebrated in the large Zunftsaal on the third floor. On these days, we make the historic hall with its excellent acoustics available for concerts and other cultural events – free of charge, to support such performances. Find out more about this year's performances. Most events are open to the public: some are free, others require a ticket or admission fee. Please note that we do not offer catering during the events on Sundays.
