Only as a well-coordinated team can we strike the balance between our upscale restaurant with 40 seats and the many varied events in our banqueting rooms. Our Zunftsaal seats up to 120 people, while we can cater for up to 60 people in the Zunftstube.

In summer, we also welcome our guests outside on the terrace on the Münsterhof. Our guests are at the heart of everything we do. Creating a culinary experience for them is our passion.

• You take responsibility for your station and ensure clean processes, quality and hygiene.
• With your organised way of working, you ensure smooth service.
• Together with your team, you create outstanding culinary experiences.
• You guide apprentices and new employees.

• You have sound training as a cook.
• When guiding apprentices or employees, you show empathy as well as assertiveness, patience and enthusiasm.
• You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility as well as pronounced team spirit.
• You work well under pressure – great commitment and initiative come naturally to you.
